30 days, no drama. If something's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to tell us. Reply to your order email or write to keystonepawsco@gmail.com.

How it works: we confirm the return, you ship the item back unused and in its original packaging, and your refund goes to the original payment method within about 5 business days of it arriving back.

Food and treats: for pet-safety reasons these need to be unopened — same 30 days.

Damaged or wrong item? That's on us. We send a replacement or a full refund, and you don't pay return shipping.
